Khairpur: Food authority recovers 60,000 wheat sacks from godowns

Food authority raids against hoarders and recover sixty thousand sacks.

Food department in Khairpur conducted raids against hoarders and recovered sixty thousand sacks of wheat flour from various godown.

According to food inspector, raids had carried out in different parts of the district and hoarded wheat sacks were recovered.

The raiding team also sealed the godowns for hoarding wheat flour while team also warned profiteers for hoarding foods items.

The wheat bags had hoarded by the traders at the various godowns of the area.

Officials of foods department have revealed that they are conducting raids in different areas of Khairpur in a bit to take action against hoarders.

After that Prime Minister Imran Khan has warned strict action against hoarders and has issued directives to the concerned officials in this regard.

The raiding team also sealed the godowns for hoarding wheat flour while team also warned profiteers for hoarding foods items.
